10kR is starting its own podcast 60 - Your next 90 days, where we invite industry leaders and talk about their next quarter.

We had shot one episode and with 2 more needed to launch, I had 2 weeks to design an entire brand system for it.

The story behind the brand

SOLUTION

SOLUTION

I built an AI -powered system that mirrors real buyer behavior. So with 5 different kinds of buyers that Volvo has, my AI conducted automated user tests for first testing the content, structure, experience, and then after implementing the results in designs, retesting it with the personas, to land on the most optimal expereince.

IMPACT

IMPACT

  • Decresed the design time and cost by 30%

  • Tested with 1000+ personas

PROBLEM

Inputs is finalising whats kind of inputs does it get. We dont want the system to work like starbucks AI bot where you can ask it anything haha. It should accept only few sets of inputs.

Engine is the analysis/ testing that happens. The context, knowledge, goals, constraints. This engine also contains rules, guardrails and boundaries for it to folllow.

Last is the expereince. AGain define these, it contanis quotes from the personas, scores, themes, recommendations and everything based on which mode is selected in the GPT.

REFLECTION & LEARNINGS

REFLECTION & LEARNINGS

Reflecting my journey

This project taught me how to let go of exciting ideas that didn’t serve a focused vision; and how much clarity that unlocks. It also reminded me that solving for motivation is often more complex than solving for functionality. If I could do one thing differently, I’d test concepts earlier with lo-fi prototypes to reduce uncertainty around broader ideas.

Beyond many lessons learned, I loved working with my team and presenting it at my capstone. Our 8 month long journey of choas, meetings, design sessions was out there being loved by people. I am proud of us.

I hope you have an awesome day ahead✨
